Sigma responded to the day of fire fighting in 2018

To celebrate the 57th anniversary of the firefighter’s day and 17 years of the fire prevention and firefighting (FPFF) (04/10/2001 – 04/10/2018), on 04/10/2018, the Fire Police Department and Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee launched a special competition, trained in the areas and establishments with high risk of fire and explosion, propagandized, guided and inspected fire prevention and firefighting.

The purpose of the response to raise awareness and responsibility of departments, units, cadres, civil servants, heads of agencies, enterprises, households, laborers and people comply with the law on fire prevention and firefighting, rescue under the motto “4 at the site”. At the same time, the entire movement of firefighting will be launched in an effective manner, striving to reduce the number of fires and explosions, prevent serious fire and grave damage to people and property and serve socio-economic development.

Besides The Legend project, the Grade A Office and Building at No.17 Tong Dan and Sao Thai Duong project also held the month of “Occupational Health and Safety” for firefighting exercise, fostering theoretical knowledge, escape skills, first aid skills in emergency cases and hypothetical situations in order to take initiative in handling and reducing risks.

Not only focus on safe work in the project, in the second quarter of 2018, the Safety Department has also cooperated with Hanoi Firefighting University to organize a professional training for fire prevention and control staff at the work place.

Introduce the mask types and practice on the class

During the training session at the office, lecturers informed the knowledge of fire safety, the causes of fire and escape skills in case of fire in high building. The participants are also instructed to use firefighting equipment and practice in the classroom, ready to help in the event of a fire.
