Hongkong Land Central Building, a Grade-A commercial building in the heart of Hanoi since 1995, is not only the client’s first investment in Vietnam but also one of the few buildings in the country to be designed and constructed to rigorous international standards, offering first-class facilities and property management. Besides, another investment of this client in 63 Ly Thai To Building, which is one of the first buildings in Vietnam to have column-free floors and under-floor cable trunking system, with international standards of construction, facilities and management.

Having been running for approximately 20 years, Hongkong Land’s buildings need careful and continuous maintenance services so that they can keep on providing the best customer service. Proudly, with highly experienced team of Engineers, Supervisors and skilled technicians, Sigma was chosen to be the M&E maintenance service provider for these two buildings from 2015 onwards. Since then, we have been satisfying any requirement of the buildings’ management board with the best service quality while meeting their required deadline.
