Updated progress at Four Point by Sheraton Da Nang

With the city of “mountains in the heart of the city, the city in the sea”, the romantic Han river, the most attractive beach on the planet, Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son… the beauty of Da Nang is not only because of the “nature’s gift”, but also the other beauty which is created by human. It is the beauty of the roads, the streets as well as the buildings of modern breathing. The project is located in the golden land, in the heart of many famous tourist resorts, next to My Khe beach with the stretched white sand and South China Sea Park, where the International Fireworks Festival regularly takes place.

The Investor, Alphanam Real Estate JSC has carefully and meticulously invested in Four Points by Sheraton since the early stages. The project was designed by the great architect Salvador Perez Arroyo – who is well known for being one of the world’s most iconic architectural pieces. In addition, the investor also selected the reputable contractors to implement the project such as: Starwood Group (Operational Management), Sigma Engineering (M&E Contractor).

Honored to deploy M&E works from May 2016, the steering committee of the project is accelerating the construction while continuing to ensure the progress and commitment to the investor. From 20^th of March to 25^th of Match 2017, many categories were implemented, such as:

Installation of sockets, connection of electrical switchboard
Installation of condensing units, floor drain, air vent
Move sanitary accessories to prepare the installation work
Testing the ventilation system, chiller
Installation of electrical switchboard at the podiums
Installation of electrical, light electrical system at basement 2
Installation of water supply pump at apartment building
