Updated progress at Somerset West Point

Located in the prestigious “million-dollar villas” in the heart of Hanoi, maybe because of this reason, Somerset West Point put on itself the “luxurious” appearance. Right from the beginning, the investor wisely selected the prestigious contractors such as: Construction Contractor - Coteccons, M&E Contractor – Sigma Engineering, Service management corporation -Ascott (Singapore)… to meet the strict requirements of service and quality.

Through each project, Sigma Engineering is constantly confirming the superior service quality over its competitors. Honored to deploy M&E works since 08/2015, Sigma is still completing the project on schedule, deserve the trust from our partners. Last week, the project was initially implemented the following works:

Electrical system:
- Install lights, speakers for apartment area on 18 – 19 floor
- Install and modify pipes, fire alarms on B2 floor
- Install conduit, switches, sockets on the ground floor
- Install electrical cables for heating pump
HVAC system:
- Install HVAC ducts, air conditioners on the ground floor
- Install ventilation ducts on B2 floor
- Install air vents on 17^th – 18^th floor
- Installation of air ducts, air conditioner on 4^th floor
Water supply system:
- Install water meter clusters on the 15, 16, 17, 18 floors
- Testing the central hot water supply system on the roof
- Testing water system on the 23, 24^th floor
- Install drainage at apartment area on 10-13^th floor

Fire protection system:
- Locate the fire alarm on the 5^th floor
- Install fire cabinet, pressure testing, installation of spray sprinkler on B1, B2 floor
- Main axial pressure test
- Testing the fire pumps
