Sunshine Diamond River project continues to accelerate M&E progress

Saigon is going through a very difficult and rushed period when it must fight against the 4th wave of COVID-19. But in Saigon, there are stories that are very ordinary but still sparkling and fragrant. It is the shrill voice of street vendors, sharpening scissors, the image of an old mother carrying her children, raising her grandchildren, an old knowledgeable uncle playing the role of a motorbike driver... or simply photos of Sigma workers who "breathe" the soul to Sunshine Diamond River project to keep up with the set schedule...

Located right on Dao Tri street, adjacent to Phu My Hung and Saigon Peninsula urban areas - Sunshine Diamond River is known as a residence for the "upper class". When people become the center and mainstream, all infrastructure, works, architecture, services, and amenities are calculated, aiming to serve their owners in the most perfect way. In other words, the special thing about Sunshine Diamond River lies in every extremely small detail, such as the smart parking system combined with the resident support application, the elevator to select the destination face ID, the system Free Wi-Fi system that covers the whole urban area... in line with the development of the 4.0 era.

  - Construction of outdoor cable tray ladder at 29th floor, roof top
- Basement area, podium:
  - Basement: complete lighting system, switches, sockets...
  - Electrical technical shafts and technical rooms
  - Installation of electrical cabinets
  - Axial cable pulling
  - Installing the outside electrical system
  - Medium voltage power supply for the project
HVAC system:
- Basement:
  - Installing air conditioners in technical rooms, basement elevator lobby
  - T&C air conditioner, fan
- Base block:
  - Installing air vents, ceiling fans, louver
  - T&C air conditioner, fan
- Apartment part:
  - Installing ceiling fans in toilets, vents
- Corridors, stairs:
  - Installing stair louvers
  - Installing air valve for garbage room
  - Installing smoke exhaust vents, air conditioners in the lobby
- Roof:
  - Installing of ducts, air valves
  - Installing ventilation fans
  - Installing the elevator lobby air conditioner outdoor unit
- Water supply and drainage system:
  - Installing the water supply and drainage system in the apartment area
  - Installing water supply and drainage system in technical axis area
  - Installing water supply and drainage system in the roof area
  - Installing sanitary equipment
