Visiting New Horizon City project in the phase of preparing for handover

Nearly the handover date, the working atmosphere of New Horizon City project is hotter than ever.  The M&E works of the project are urgently deploying the final stage to be ready to handover to the investors. For projects requiring complex construction requirements in high-rise buildings such as New Horizon City, Sigma is committed will committed that the M&E works will ensure the quality of electricity, ensuring the frequency and voltage are within acceptable range; ensuring reliability, continuity in accordance with load requirements; M&E system is convenient for operation, assembly and repair as well as reasonable technical norms. Last week, from 25/06 to 01/07/2017, the works were being deployed as:

• Implementation of fire alarm, CCTV, PA, electrical system at basement 1,2

• Installation of fire alarm in tower N01, HH01

• Installation of electrical system at corridors of an apartment area at the tower N01, N02, N03, HH01

• Wiring PA, FA, CCTV, electrical cable, chipping central hall, elevator room in the tower N01, N02, N03, HH01.

• Installation of equipment, switchboard in the tower N01, N02, N03, HH01

• Installation of lighting equipment in the tower N02, N03, HH01

• Aligning plumbing pipes, sanitation accessories at basement 1, tower N01

• Installation of sprinkler on the ceiling at tower N01, N02, N03, HH01
