Updating M&E works at FPT Tower project

During 21 years of establishment and growth, Cau Giay has quickly shifted to a multi-component economic structure, taking urban infrastructure construction and administrative reform as a breakthrough, creating a rapid development step. Ten years after its founding, the district's budget revenue reached VND 1,100 billion (an increase of 31 times); In 2012, it reached VND 2,136 billion; and in 2018, revenue reached 6,515 billion VND (revenue increased nearly 190 times compared to the founding date).

These small advantages have created the premise for the development of the FPT Tower Complex in the "golden land" area of ​​Cau Giay District, so that the project can become the major office of this Group.

According to Mr. Bui Quang Ngoc - General Director of FPT, in the past 10 years, FPT's personnel size has always increased by nearly 16% per year. It is expected that in the period of 2018-2020, FPT will maintain a growth rate of about 18% and reach over 50,000 people by 2020.

Therefore, FPT has always been a pioneer in investing in construction of university complexes and software parks following the campus model of major technology corporations in the world. He shared that FPT Tower will contribute to the development of Vietnam's technology ecosystem, especially in the fourth industrial revolution.

Starting construction on an area of ​​100,000m2, FPT Complex is expected to provide workplaces for about 9,000 IT staff at the group. The project has the attendance of many famous units in the country, such as Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company - General contractor, Apave Asia Co., Ltd - Supervision consultant, Sigma Engineering Joint Stock Company - General Contractor of M&E ... promises to bring FPT Tower to its destination on schedule.

With a total of nearly 20 employees in the project, M&E works by Sigma always achieve proud achievements. Last week, the main items are being deployed as:

• Turbocharger and exhaust system:
  • Construction of turbocharger and exhaust system with 17-storey and 21-storey tower block
  • Construction of turbocharger and exhaust system at basement
• Water supply and drainage system:
  • Construction of rainwater drainage system
  • Construction of water supply and drainage pipe system of 17-storey tower block
  • Construction of pump room

• Electrical system:
  • Construction of cable tray ladder system at the office area
  • Construction of cable tray ladder system at the basement area
  • Conduit installation for office building
  • Cable pulling for lighting systems, BMS for office area
  • Cable pulling for lighting systems at the basement area
