Updated M&E progress at Wyndham Soleil Danang project in week 27

Embraced and surrounded by the majestic Ngu Hanh Son mountain range, Wyndham Soleil Danang is in a prime location on Vo Nguyen Giap - Pham Van Dong street, with a view overlooking the East Sea park, where many festivals and major programs of the city are held.
Wyndham Soleil Danang stands out with 04 buildings, from 50 to 57 floors. Established on a 2.2 ha land area, the project is known as the tallest building in Da Nang with over 2,000 apartments from 01 to 03 bedrooms and penthouses, through the most modern equipment to bring the perfect choice for users. With the perfect design of the waves, while the apartments have beautiful balconies, the bridge between the 3 towers creates stability for the entire building. Moreover, the swimming pool design on the top floor will bring a high-class service experience for guests who are staying and visiting.
The whole project is the connection between exquisite and modern elements of the world, with the best contractors participating in the project. The investor has cooperated with leading units such as Aedas - The (UK), Artelia – The construction project manager (France), Coteccons – The Main construction contractor, Sigma Engineering – The Main M&E Contractor ... so that the building has an aesthetic, harmonious structure and the most luxurious living space for the users. As the Main M&E Contractor of Wyndham Soleil Da Nang, Sigma has been doing well in M&E works for the whole project. Last week, with more than 50 Sigma workers and engineers on duty, the project completed its work on schedule. The main works were being implemented include:

- Installation of electrical cabinets for apartments on the 11th floor, installation of conduit for B1 and B2, installation of vertical cable trays, cable ladder in the Technical box
- Installation of water drainage pipes at B1,3M
- Installing steel pipes and water supply pumps for pump room B2
- Fireproofing on floor 1 ~ 3M
- Installation of duct on 2nd floor
- Installation of HVAC piping system on level B1, floor 3
- Installation of air grille on 31 ~ 33 floors
- Making shop drawings of basement B2
- Making shop drawings of the 46th-floor corridor
