The giant ruby has now become a very clear shape on the diamond land, located at No.5 Le Duan, a symbol of eternal strength and longevity. Regardless of whoever goes by, it will admire the unique design of NKB Archi Vietnam and the talented hands of Sigma workers.
During 9 months of construction, the M&E works in the project have always been focused by Sigma, and always fulfilled the responsibility as committed to the investor. Each system implemented by Sigma will fully meet the technical requirements, synchronize the facilities with the equipment in the building. Once in operation, Doji promises to contribute to beautify the landscape of the regional architecture and make a highlight in the city center.

- Electrical works:
- Installing PA, FA system equipment from level 10 ~ 15
- Installing electrical system from level 6 ~ 9
- Electrical cable pulling from level 1 to 5
- HVAC works:
- Installing Chiller system, Chiller pump room, cooling tower
- Ductwork and ventilation fans installation on the roof
- Duct installation on level 1~5
- Air grille installation on level 6~9
- Plumbing & FF work:
- Fire protection cabinet installation from level 6~9
- Fire extinguisher installation at basement 2, 3
