Updated progress at Four Points by Sheraton Da Nang in the 29th week

One week after the trip, at all the sites, Sigma employees and engineers have returned to their daily works, in preparation for the handover date.
In Da Nang, white color is gradually covering the “body” of Four Points by Sheraton project, as demonstrated by the civil works being completed. Besides the progress of the civil construction, M&E works – “vitality” of the construction are also gradually in completion.
Honored to deploy M&E works from the end of May 2016, Sigma Engineering – the Main M&E Contractor of the project is making the great efforts to bring the perfect “soul” for the five-star international building. Sigma indicates that the electrical, plumbing, lighting system…not only contribute to the operation but also create the beauty of architecture, and ensure the convenience factor, absolute safety during use. Because of that, Sigma is paying close attention to every step of implementation to ensure bring the flawless product to the customers. Last week, from 24/07 to 29/07/2017, the following M&E works were being implemented:

Last week, from 24/07 to 29/07/2017, the following M&E works were being implemented:
- Installation of lighting system at the basement 2
- Defect the installation of equipment for handover
- Marking the equipment on the ceiling, waiting completed interior installation of the hotel area
- Completing, testing TBA at the hotel area
- Completing Heat Pump on the roof, water supply system, water pressure reducing valves for acceptance
- Installation of wind ducts for PAU on the roof of the hotel
- Installation of equipment on the 32nd, 33rd floor at the apartment area
- Installation of hot water recirculation pump, booster pumping station at the hotel area
- Installation of Chiller room
- Installation of AHU Ballroom
- Installation of HVAC system at the kitchen, on 3b floor
- Installation, connection of electrical switchboard, basement electrical switchboard and other areas.
