Moonrise Beach Resort – Becoming a new international stature

In order to maximize the effectiveness of Moonrise project, Dusit International Group officially reached a long-term franchising arrangement with Linh Chi Co., LTD - the owner of Moonrise Beach Resort on May, 11th 2017. Since then, the project has brought a new name: DusitPrincess Moonrise Beach Resort with an international stature. This is not only a good new for the Owner but also the pride of Sigma – the main M&E Contractor for the project, because one again, Sigma is joining a global hotel chain.
Mr. Do Van Chanh, Director of Linh Chi Co., LTD, which owns the new hotel, said “We are delighted to be furthering the island’s tourism industry by debuting Dusit’s gracious hospitality at this unique hotel development. Besides, thanks to the cooperation with the leading contractors such as Qcons (Construction Contractor), Sigma (M&E Contractor), we are confident that, DusitPrincess Moonrise Beach Resort will be a huge success when it opens its door late this year."
Elegantly and stylishly designed, the rooms will comprise 108 rooms, range from 32 sq m Deluxe rooms to 56 sq m Grand Suites, including amenities such as all-day-dining restaurant, a lounge and pool bar, a fully-equipped conference room, a kid’s zone…with a full overview to Bai Truong beach.
Gaining the trust of the owner, with a deep experience and excellent capacity, Sigma is increasingly demonstrated the stature of a leading M&E Contractor in Vietnam. With DusitPrincess Moonrise Beach Resort, Sigma is making a great effort to finish as scheduled and quality committed to the owner. Last week, from July 23rd to 30th July 2017, the main works were being deployed as:
Outdoor section:

Outdoor section:
- Digging
- Construction and installation of rain water drainage pipes, sewage pipes, water supply pipes, firefighting pipes
- Pressure testing water supply pipes, firefighting pipes
- Installation of HDPE
Indoor section:
- Installation of cable ladder, HDPE Conduit/ main spindle block B1-B7
- Chipping, burying cables in wall in the hotel rooms
- Installation of corridor pipes B1-B5
- Wiring, testing hotel rooms
- Installation of drainage pipes on the 1st floor
