Installation of M&E progress at Chadwick International School - Ecopark project

As one of the school projects directly undertaken and implemented by Sigma as the Main M&E Contractor, Chadwick International School has always received special attention. Located in the population of the largest ecological urban area of million trees in the North - Ecopark, with an area of nearly 500 hectares, the project promises to become a comprehensive educational and physical development for the residents here.
Chadwick School is an inter-school from preschool to middle school, with the first campus was established in 1935 in Paolo Verdes, California with 18.2 hectares. The second campus is in Songdo smart city, Korea in 2010 with a scale of 1,300 students. Chadwick at Songdo is considered one of the top international schools in Korea, selected by many parents.
With the desire to spread the education of international standards, Chadwick International School - Ecopark will affirm the long-term strategic vision of the leading American and Korean educational names right in Vietnam. The school is expected to start enrolling students from 2022, therefore, all construction and project completion works are being urgently completed. As the Main M&E Contractor, Sigma is trying to bring the project to the finish line on schedule. The works that were being implemented include:

- Installing electrical cables for levels 2, 3, Zone A, B, C
- Installing cable trays for levels 2, 3, Zone A, B, Levels 1,2 Zone C
- Installing water pipes for levels 2, 3, 4, Zone A, B
- Installing copper pipes, condensate pipes on levels 2,3 Zone A, B, levels 1,2 Zone C
- Install air ducts on the 2nd floor, Zone A, B, 1st floor, Zone C
- Installing fire hoses for 1st floor, Zone A, B, 1st floor, Zone C
- Pulling medium voltage cable
- Installation of grounding system
- Deployment of warehouse to gather materials at the construction site
