Project detail

In order to make a plan based on the outline of development, the value of historical culture and Truc Lam Buddhism, the values of King Tran Nhan Tong as well as the core values of Yen Tu historical monuments, the Yen Tu festival and tourism services center is built on the total area of nearly 16 hectares with a total investment of nearly 1,000 billion.

Officially started in May 2016, the project was divided into many different areas, including: the festival center, the reception area, the expo display, management and operation area, service and conference areas.

Realizing the scale and the importance of the project, the investor, Tung Lam Development JSC selected the prestigious contractors to implement the project. With more than 12 years of experience, Sigma’s reputation is not limited to the construction of civil works, building and factories, but is also confirmed by the construction of historical monuments of national stature.
