Updated progress at West Bay Sky Residences, Ecopark

Located in the Southeast of the capital, it is believed that Ecopark owns a poetic and perfect location where the FengShui symbolized for the human prosperity. Not only that, the scale of the urban area reaches nearly 500 ha while the lake area already account for 100 ha, which plays the role of a giant “lung”, providing fresh air for the living environment.

Overview of West Bay Sky Residences, Ecopark project

Sigma, honored to be the Main Contractor of the project since the end of August 2016, has been implementing M&E works of Tower A and B of the project. Last week, the typical works were being implemented such as:

At the Tower A:

Installing PVC Conduit in floor, through floor on the 11^th ~ 25^th floor
Implementing M&E works on the typical floor
Internal test at apartment area on the 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th floor
Put sleeve on the roof tank at tower A

At the Tower B:

Installing PVC Conduit in floor, through floor on the 11^th ~ the garret
Implementing M&E works on the typical floor
Internal test at apartment area on the 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th floor
Put sleeve on the roof tank at tower B
