Updated progress at SHP Plaza Hai Phong in the 92nd week

When referring to Hai Phong, people will immediately think of the street with full of flamboyant and the ships docked back and forth. Not only that, Hai Phong is a potential land to attract the investors in and outside the country with the "majestic" real estate project in this place.

Being like the "heart" of Hai Phong city, SHP Plaza is emerging with 28 floors high in the center of the city. Located on the busy Lach Tray Street, SHP Plaza converges the highest standards of living as a 6-storey commercial center with world-class fashion and food brands, 247 serviced apartments with the international standard lighting and M&E system as well as other facilities such as gym, conference room, swimming pool, spas…to improve the living quality for the residents here.
Owning the management team with highly qualified engineers, experts and skilled workers, Sigma received the trust from the investor of SHP Plaza Hai Phong – Asia Chemical & Paint Real Estate JSC to become the general contractor of the project. Over the past two years, the M&E works of the project have been gradually completed. Last week, from 5/10 to 12/10/2017, the typical works in the project were being implemented such as:

Electrical works
- Wiring cable at staircase No.4
- Install generator chimney
- Wiring cable at the 1^st floor
- Install cable tray for heat pump room
Plumbing works
- Install valve for plumping system at 5^th, 5M, 6^th floor
- Install gray cast iron 4^th floor zone 2
HVAC works
- Install duct at 4^th floor zone 2
- Install Condensate at 8^th floor zone 2
- Marking on ceiling for air grille, lighting, sprinkler head at 2^nd floor zone 2 & zone 1, 3^rd floor zone 3, 4^th floor zone 2
- Cleaning for FCU, air duct…at podium area
- Install OA duct, air box & flexible duct at zone 1 of 5^th floor
Fire Fighting works
- Install prepare pipe for sprinkler at 2^nd ~ 5^th mezzanine floor
