Updated progress at Four Points by Sheraton project after Lunar New Year

After the holiday, the projects at Sigma are busy returning to the daily work. As one of the important projects of Sigma in the Central Vietnam and the first project of the Starwood (Marriott) hotel built in Danang, Four Points by Sheraton is a five-star standard and a standardized serviced apartment complex designed by Sigma to provide guests with an unforgettable experience in this remarkable city.

Four Points by Sheraton was designed by the top 5 world-class architects - Salvador Perez Arroyo following postmodernism along with the perfect M&E service by Sigma as the Main Contractor, , the project promises to leave a mark in the hearts of customers when they arrive here.
After a week-long holiday, staffs of the project hastened to speed up the progress as committed to the owner. Currently, Sigma has put into operation the apartment block and is preparing to hand over the hotel block. Typical works have been implemented after Lunar New Year such as:
  • Complete the installation of electrical equipment, typical floor of the hotel block.
  • Ensure accuracy and aesthetics when accepting M&E systems.
  • Test, operate the system (Chiller, hot water supply, ventilation, lighting, sound, CCTV, BMS ....)
  • Prepare to hand over the hotel block to the operator.
  • Checking and acceptance of fire prevention and fighting by the Fire Prevention and Fighting Department.
