Updated progress at The Legend project in the 2nd week

Not far from the Head Office is a series of projects where Sigma is taking on the role of the Main M&E Contractor, including The Legend. The appearance of project can be seen clearly on the two sides of Nguy Nhu Kon Tum and Nguyen Tuan road, creates a highlight for the urban landscape here.
The Legend has received a special attention from investor, with the motto: "The life of the residents is our top concern", the project is invested and built with a high-standard. Residents will enjoy the highest level of service inside the building such as spa services, four-season swimming pool, health care, luxury gym, supermarket ...
With 460 luxury apartments - aimed at the segment of modern and successful clients, the project’s investor – Dai Viet Intellect JSC, not only invested in the architectural design which meticulous to detail, but also ensure the “vitality” of the building with an attention to apiece system of electricity, water, light for each apartment. With a close consideration from the investor, the Main M&E of project – Sigma Engineering JSC has selected the most skilled workers, choose the construction equipment from the most famous brand to bring the “living resources” for the entire project. All work is being urgently implemented to ensure the schedule as committed to the owner.
Last week, from 8th January to 15th January, the project was implementing the following works such as:

- Electrical works:
- Installing lighting system at the Basement 1, 2
- Installing electrical cable ladder and ventilation equipment
- Installing ELV system at the Basement 1, 2
- Complete installation of technical riser
- Installation of grounding system, power on/off at the apartment area
- Terminating and install device
- Mechanical works:
- Installing firefighting system, pump room
- Installing water supply and sewerage system at Basement 1, 2
- Installing vent pipe on technical floors
- Installing air valves
- Installing air ducts
- Fabricating and installing duct works
