In that spirit, last week, MB project organized training program to improve skills for workers in the project. This activity is a part of Sigma Workforce Training and Development Plan, which is a chance for the newcomers to learn, approach the new ones and the seniors to retrain their skills.

Attending the training session were Mr. Nguyen Van Hai – Team Leader of Mechanical Section at MB project, Mr. Nguyen The Khuong, Nguyen Viet Thang – Project Engineer; Mr. Nguyen Tuong Trinh – representative of the Quality Management Department of the company and the team leader, all workers of Mechanical section of Sigma.
Before starting, the engineers reminded and exchanged with the workers about the construction techniques, technical notes, construction process, product quality requirements to achieve the highest quality.
During this training session, Sigma focuses on the following topics:
- Connecting PVC pipes and fittings by gluing;
- Connecting PVC pipe and fittings by welding method;
- Connect PPR pipe and fittings by welding method.

For Sigma, the safety factor in construction is always the top priority, so Sigma is equipped with the highest safety for workers. For PVC pipe cutters, workers must be equipped with gloves, protective goggles and a safety belt cutter.

After this training session, besides learning more skills and experience for the job, the workers are also connected and exchanged to increase the intimacy and sharing in Sigma family.
Not only in the MB project, the training program for workers will be officially applied to all projects of Sigma, aiming to bring to customers the most professional and quality M&E services.
