The progress of M&E works at FLC Twin Towers in the 26th week

As a strategic partner of Sigma Engineering JSC, besides two projects that have been successfully implemented which are FLC Quy Nhon and FLC Ha Long, the investor of the project – FLC Group JSC gave the trust to Sigma to officially become the Main M&E Contractor of the project from 08^th June 2017.
Besides owning a prime location in Hanoi, FLC Twin Towers combines the high-class apartment, retail and office space with international standard facilities, green spaces and facilities offers many choices for customers.
FLC Twin Towers is located at 265 Cau Giay, from here, residents can easily move to the city center and to many big cities such as Thu Le Park, Cau Giay Park, Lotte and Big C Center…In addition, residents have another interesting experience is to be able to fully watch the West Lake from the place where they work. The hangar between the two towers is also a plus point of the project. Everywhere in the building, residents also have the "green" vision. The roof is designed by the owner to maximize the relaxation of the residents with the Japanese-style garden.
With the strict criteria of one of the tallest buildings in Hanoi, the investor - FLC Group JSC has researched and selected the most prestigious contractor to implement the project. Based on the expertise and deep experience, the human resource is maintained at nearly 150 workers and 30 engineers, Sigma has proven superior engineering performance over the past one year. In particular, the work includes a 50-storey apartment tower and a 38-storey office tower, five podiums for the commercial center are being executed by Sigma every day to make the perfect M&E works, ready to hand over to investors in the coming time.
Last week, from June 28^th to May 05^th, 2018, the main works were being implemented in the project such as:

• Apartment block
  • Completion of wiring work and water supply pipes from 7^th to 27^th floor
  • Completion of drainage pipes system
  • Hand over the wiring works from the 7^th to 27^th floor and from the 29^th to the 48^th floor
  • Installation of sanitary equipment
  • Installation of electrical switchboard, socket and light for apartment
• The basement
  • Completion of drainage system for basement 2,3,4
  • Completion of wiring work for basement B1
  • Installation and inspection of MSB cabinets
  • Execution of Chiller at basement B2
• Office block
  • Finish the construction of civil works from 7th to 16th floors and from 18th to 21st floor
