Project Total Internal Audit Program at Sigma

From September 2016, project’s total internal audit program (TIA) was applied for all on-going Sigma’s projects. It is considered as an independent and objective consideration touching all the fields in a project, it helps to assess the implementation of the work in the project whether efficient or not and it matches all regulations, requirements and standards of the company, the project and the law or not. The considered fields include: Safety, Quality, Resources, Finance, Schedule, and Compliance with other requirements.
According that, series of corrective measures will be given to adjust timely for each project, meanwhile that is our lessons about the strengths and weaknesses of each project to build a data system serving current and future projects. The ultimate goal is the success of the project which brings good products to customers.
