Working atmosphere at West Bay Sky Residences project after Lunar New Year 2017

After the long holiday, Sigma staffs was coming back to the site to continue the daily tasks, ensure the project schedule. Implementing at the end of August 2016, Sigma carried out package of all materials, installation and maintenance M&E system of Tower A & Tower B of West Bay Sky Residences. Currently, the project’s steering committee is attempting to complete the works and confirming Sigma brand in providing M&E service for commercial complex, offices and residential apartments.
Over more than six months of construction, the project’s steering committee is the project’s steering committee is urging the engineers and workers in order to accelerate the construction, while continuing to ensure the progress and commitment to the investor. One week after Lunar New Year 2017, at Tower A and B, some categories of M&E system at the project has been completed as scheduled, such as:
At Tower A:
At Tower A:
- Install PVC Conduit in floor, through floor at 11~25 floor
- Install PVC Conduit in floor, through floor at the garret
- Peel the sleeve pipes in floor at 11th, 12th floor
- Unclog and drag the Conduit at 11th floor
- Construction of warehouse expansion
At Tower B:
- Install PVC conduit in floor, through floor at 11~28 floor
- Peel the sleeve pipes in floor at 11th, 12 floor
- Unclog and drag the Conduit at 11th floor
In the coming weeks, the project will continue to implement other categories such as:
- Delivering and ordering materials, equipment of electrical systems, HVAC systems, water supply systems, firefighting systems
- Installation of civil work at phase 1, 2, 3
- Installation of PVC Conduit in floor, through floor at 11~roof at Tower B
