Updated progress at West Bay Sky Residences

Implementing at the end of August 2016, Sigma carried out package of all materials, installation and maintenance M&E system of Tower A & Tower B of West Bay Sky Residences with total floor area of 3,000 m2. Since taking over the project, the project’s steering committee is attempting to complete the works and reconfirming Sigma reputation in providing M&E service for commercial complex, offices and residential apartments.
After more than four months of construction, the project’s steering committee is urging the engineers and workers in order to accelerate the construction, while continuing to ensure the progress and commitment to the investor. Until now, in the Tower A and B, many categories of M&E systems at the project has been 100% completed, such as:
- Install PVC conduit in floor, through floor at 11~26 floor
- Peel the sleeve pipes in floor at 11th,12th floor
- Unclog and drag the Conduit at 11th floor
- Install PVC conduit in floor, through floor at 24th floor
- Install M&E system at 3rd floor
- Install PVC conduit in floor, through floor at 27th floor
- Construction of a new permanent office at 1st floor
