Updated progress at SHP Plaza Hai Phong in the 52nd week

In November 2015, becoming the main contractor of SHP Plaza Hai Phong was the great honor for Sigma. Introduced as the highest building in Hai Phong, SHP Plaza marks a new milestone in the development process of the city. Since taking over the project, the steering committee of the project has worked tirelessly day and night to complete the project to confirm Sigma brand in providing M&E Services for offices, commercial center and hotel as well as premium residential apartments.
Currently, the project’s steering committee is strengthening the monitoring and urging the engineers, workers at SHP Plaza trying to emulate accelerate the construction schedule, ensure timely and quality commitment. From 22nd December to 28th December 2016, many categories of M&E systems at the project has been completed 100%, such as:
- Install sleeve on slab of 22nd floor
- Install waste water drain pipe for Apartment area at 9th floor
- Install PVC conduit inside concrete column & wall of 21st and 22nd floor for electrical & ELV system
- Chipping and installing PVC conduit in brick wall for Apartment at 9th floor
- Installing exposed PVC pipe of ELE & ELV system for corridor of apartment area at 10th floor
- Installing exposed PVC pipe of ELE & ELV system for corridor of hotel area at 10th~14th floor
- Installing exposed PVC pipe of ELE & ELV system for inside apartment area at 9th ~ 10th floor
- Wiring ELV & ELE cable system at 3rd floor
- Install FCU at 4th floor
- Additional insulation at PU foam for Chiller pipe at 3,4 floor
- Install firefighting pipe for Apartment area at 9th floor
Transport black steel pipe for FF system of 9th ~ 17th floor
Wiring ELV cable at 3rd floor
Despite the harsh weather conditions, with the spirit of excitement, enthusiasm to accelerate the work and complete the construction, Sigma will hand over the project on schedule to meet the expectation of customer by the end of the second quarter 2017.
