The M&E progress of FLC Twin Towers project at the end of the year

On the New Year, the working atmosphere at the site of FLC Twin Towers project - one of the important projects of Sigma is becoming busier and busier. From the site manager, to the engineers and workers are always trying to complete their work to keep up with the schedule as committed to the client.
After successful implementation of FLC Quynhon project with the "lightening speed" in just 90 days, but still ensure the strict technical requirements from investors – FLC Group, Sigma Engineering has received the absolute trust to continue the implementation of FLC Twin Towers. Officially kicked off on 8/8/2015, so far, "shape" the project has appeared extremely clear at 265 Cau Giay with two towers 38 and 50 floors. M&E works of the project is being implemented by Sigma in parallel with the construction of civil works, to ensure handover to customers in the second quarter of 2018.

- Apartment area
- Wiring the electrical cables and drainage pipes from 7-27 floors and 29-42 floors
- Installation of drainage pipes on 28 floors
- Pulling and hand over the wires from 7-27 floors and 29-36 floors
- Tunnel area
- Installation of drainage for floors in the Basement 2,3,4
- Installaiton of wring for pipes, pulling wires for lightning cables in the Basement 2,3,4
- Office and Trading area
- M&E works at 7 floor
