Sigma Attends the Outstanding Grassroots Trade Union Officials' Conference 2024

Representing Sigma, the company's delegation attended the conference with an excited and proud spirit. At the conference, Sigma's union officials had the opportunity to exchange and learn from other units' experiences, as well as share effective methods in union work. The content and methods of Sigma's trade union activities have been improved, with the rate of strong grassroots trade unions exceeding the set target. Trade union officials from the district to the grassroots have been trained and fostered in trade union theory, skills and operations. Women's work, finance and trade union inspection have achieved positive results, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities.

Social and charitable activities organized by the trade union have created a positive effect on the community of employees, affirming the prestige and position of the trade union organization.
