ELV Supervisor (Maintenance & Services Division)

Reports to: Maintenance & Services Manager

Position Summary
Solution and Costing & supervision for the implementation of Extra low voltage system (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access control, BMS…)

DUTIES:
Make solution and costing

Make survey & technical report
Give solutions and make estimation
Design and make implementation methods

Implementation for Service/ Major troubleshooting correction

Make implementation, installation, fitting-out, testing and commissioning for projects of M&E Ex low voltage electrical equipment system.
Control and supervise the implementation of some projects (as required)
Correction for troubleshooting

Management at site

Make request of purchasing related to work implementation;
Set-up work schedule, manage staff allocation and control works at sites;
Control quality &productivity of projects in charge.

Others

Perform other tasks required by Section Manager/ Operation Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

Male from 23 year-old
Graduated from College/Universities of Technical, major in CCTV/ Fire alarm & Fire Fighting/ Mechanical/Electrical/ Automatic/ Intrusion/ Access control/ BMS
At least 2 year-experience in design, installation, test and commissioning, repairs for CCTV/ Fire alarm & Fire Fighting/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automatic/ Intrusion/ Access control/ BMS system
Skill of Computer Literacy (Office and AutoCAD)
Good at English (special in reading skill)
Good health and able to work independently or team.
