About the project:
On October 21, 2020, Sigma officially signed the M&E contract of the Imperia Smart City project. As a complex of 05 apartment buildings located right in the Vinhomes Smart City of Vingroup, Imperia Smart City has been highly appreciated by real estate experts recently. With thousands of quality apartments, the project is considered as the perfect choice for all customers.

Possessing a golden location in the western heart of the capital, the project is a high-end apartment complex located in the first smart metropolis in Vietnam - Vinhomes Smart City. Overall perspective of Imperia Smart City project

The project is developed by HBI JSC with a total area of 23,310 square meters, including 1,398 apartments, two 38-storey buildings, 1 roof floor and 1 basement. Here, the apartments are designed with different usable areas, increasing selections for the customers. Besides, Imperia Smart City is the gathering of many famous contractors participating in the project, including the leading "giants" in the real estate industry such as MIK Group, Coteccons, Sigma ...

With a series of apartment and housing projects that have been successfully implemented, Sigma is known as the M&E Main Contractor of Imperia Smart City. The works that we deployed include the installation and construction of electricity, water and air-conditioning systems, which are expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2021.
