Toolbox meeting – the assertion of professionalism

Regarding professionals, people often think of big things. On the contrary, for Sigma Engineering, the professionalism is reflected in the seemingly trivial task such as the daily toolbox meeting (TBM).

A pre-deployment meeting brings the important values, where each individual plays a specific role, giving the right to express the views or ideas to carry out the work safely and effectively.

Across the site, TBM takes place in a jubilant and rejoicing atmosphere as before the important event. In the minds of other contractors working on the site, every time hearing the music, they know that it is the time for TBM of Sigma. For each individual there, they always feel happy, friendly, excited but also serious. For the toughest investors, they must have to learn Sigma contractor in terms of safety on the construction site
Our proverb says: “A man is known by the company he keeps”, each individual with the ability and personality will have an impact on the group, and also the impact of colleagues in both good and bad ways. Thanks to TBM activities, we have developed personal skills, cultivated knowledge and experience for ourselves and contributed to bringing material and spiritual values to the community, group, committed to change of thoughts and inappropriate actions.

At Sigma, every member, every individual is like the brave warriors. There, we were trained through trials. Each person, though coming from different regions of the country, but when entering the site, they are the friendly colleagues, willing to support and help each other at work, always work with the spirit of “nothing is impossible”, together overcome all the difficulties that make the project successful.
