Sigma Year-end party 2023 - Firm on goals - steadily move forward

The spring symphony is ringing the first notes of the New Year's love song, with spring colors filling every street, village and alley, with the scent of heaven and earth when skin changes, ready to receive brilliant and new things.

Calm down, we hear somewhere that spring love in the dance of changing seasons is blazing in the soul of every Sigma person, then another year passes, we gather here again, have a warm meal at the end of the year, and review the moments of stretching 365 miles as we gradually reach the finish line. Even though upstream and far away, Sigma's heart has steadfastly overcome many hardships and challenges, to continue writing a success story, not only on the journey of the past 13 years but also for today and forever…

So, the last days of the old year are gradually passing, to make way for a new year filled with joy and hope. With meticulous care and investment from the organizers, on February 3, 2024, the year-end party of Sigma Engineering JSC took place extremely vibrant and warm at the National Convention Center, welcoming more than 1,000 distinguished guests and members of the Sigma family.

Although the party officially started at 6:45 p.m., right after 5:00 p.m., in the Center's Party Room, many Sigma members gathered to talk together and look at the remarkable achievements and interesting stories that Sigma people have created throughout the journey of 2023 through vivid images and clips.

This year's party had the presence of Mr. YUNOMURA Kazuyuki - Chief Financial Officer, Mr. YATSU TAKABUMI - Deputy General Director, Mr. KAZUHIRO KIMURA - Head of Yurtec representative office in Vietnam, Mr. Duong Son Tung - Member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy General Director of the Company, Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc - Member of the Board of Directors and General Director of the Company, along with his wife and all members of Sigma. The program has the participation of many young, promising singers from the Sao Mai Diem Rendezvous contest, The Voice such as Lam Ngoc, Duong Thuan... and Plus Band - Top 4 Vietnamese Music Bands season 2 such as Phuoc Le ,... In addition to the profound love songs about spring, the collective performance "Construction Song" imbued with the characteristics of Solidarity - Desire - Success was also shown by Sigma in the true spirit of the Sigma Year end Party 2023: "Firm on goals - steadily move forward".

Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc - General Director of the company, cum member of the Board of Directors gave a meaningful speech: "When looking back at the past year, when a series of companies in the fields of construction and M&E met There are countless difficulties, especially difficulties in cash flow, decline in revenue, profits, decline in internal strength, and many companies find it difficult to recover. By foreseeing the situation from the end of 2022, right from the beginning of 2023, Sigma's Board of Directors has drastically helped the company win the bid and sign contracts with almost all good projects on the market. Thanks to that, Sigma's revenue has increased by over 40% and is on the path to a strong recovery, maintaining Sigma's position in the market, ensuring jobs for all employees, and maintaining a stable life for each small family. Also in 2023, annual activities will still take place in a vibrant and exciting atmosphere. With a special humanitarian meaning and widespread influence, the 4th Sigma Red Sunday was held with the enthusiastic participation of 994 Managers, Engineers, employees, workers, and family members , mobilized a total of 703 units of precious blood, giving vitality to many "warriors". Besides, the company's two traditional annual football tournaments also took place extremely emotionally and dramatically. With methodical and thoughtful investment, plus the daily efforts of the Mechanical teams, 2023 can be said to be the year of Insulation, Steel Pipes, Pumps and Chillers when the M1 team rose up and won everything. The Spring Cup and the company championship, brought complete regret to the boys from the Electric Team." Captain Sigma's sincere, meaningful narrative seemed to inspire the staff, creating an atmosphere and motivation ready for a new beginning.

Immediately after the speech, the distinguished guests and all members of the Sigma family raised a glass of wine to celebrate in a warm, happy, and friendly atmosphere.
 

 

The end of the year-end party also means that the old year has gradually come to an end, bringing with it all the worries and chaos to make way for the new year filled with joy and hope. Sigma will continue to write the story, light the fire of success, and will happily welcome the most wonderful things of the Year of the Dragon. Happy New Year 2024!
