Humanitarian blood donation - a noble gesture of the spirit of "mutual love" has spread strongly in the soul of every Sigma member, demonstrating the understanding, compassion, and responsibility of everyone towards the community that few other nations have.
After 3 successful implementations, on January 21, 2024, with the message "A drop of blood given, a life left behind", the fourth voluntary blood donation campaign took place successfully at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion (NIHBT) with the large participation of office staff, Sigma workers, subcontractors, and the employees' relatives.
The program officially started at 7:30 a.m., but as early as 6:30 a.m., Sigma's leader - Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc was present at the Institute, despite the suddenly rainy and cold weather. Along with that, the appearance of Mr. Takabumi Yatsu and Kazayuki Yunomura, two leaders from the land of the Rising Sun, seemed to gradually dispel the gloomy rain.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc, General Director of Sigma Engineering JSC also made a statement when attending the program: “This is the fourth time I continue to be a pioneer, inserting a blood needle and firing the first shot for Sigma's Red Sunday. On behalf of those who carry out the meaningful Blood Donation program, I would like to send everyone my deep gratitude for what everyone has done for this quiet but extremely humane social work. Everyone's kindness today will save many people in need and will bring many other people miracles and happy moments in life."

Mr. Yatsu also confided: "I have never participated in any blood donation program before. Even though the clinical examination results showed that I was not eligible to donate blood, I was still happy to be here to be able to join in the humane atmosphere of the program. Hopefully next year, I can continue to participate in this program.”
Ms. Nguyen Dieu Linh, wife of Mr. Tran Tho Thinh - Assistant Site Manager cum CM of the Masteri West Heights projects - also had a few words with the reporter: "I am very happy that this year I can accompany your husband, Mr. Thinh, and two children to attend the company's blood donation program. I believe that each person is born into life, should live like flowers, always radiate fragrance to life and spread love for life, win good things for those less fortunate than themselves. I am very touched because I can contribute my little strength to help sick people have more joy in life."

In addition, to encourage volunteerism, program participants will also be given a blood donation certificate, support funds and gifts from Sigma, along with a gift set from the NIHBT.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep, Head of Safety Committee and Deputy Organizing Committee gave a speech summarizing the program: "Thanks to the strong spread of the media, it conveys a strong CSR message with special meaning of the program, more than 1,100 members registered to participate with 703 blood units received in just one Sunday. More than 30 gifts were directly given to elderly patients being treated at the hospital and in difficult circumstances. This is a great number that Sigma can proudly contribute to the brave warriors who are on the road to fighting for life."
