As 2025 drew to a close and the Spring of the Year of the Horse 2026 approached, the Sigma family gathered at the Year End Party — a special occasion to reflect with pride on the 20-year journey, honor shared values, and officially open a new chapter ahead.

On the evening of February 11, 2026 (the 24th day of the Lunar December), Sigma Year End Party 2025 took place at the National Convention Center. From 5:30 PM, the reception area was filled with warm greetings, firm handshakes, and joyful reunions among employees from various departments and project sites. The event space was elegantly designed, recreating Sigma’s two-decade journey through images and milestone highlights — like a living gallery of memory and pride.

At 6:30 PM, the program officially commenced in a vibrant yet solemn atmosphere. A dynamic LED lion dance combined with drum performances and a festive spring mashup energized the entire hall, symbolizing Sigma stepping confidently into its 20th year with renewed momentum. This was followed by the Japanese-inspired dance performance “Dream of the Rainbow,” reflecting cultural harmony and the long-standing partnership between Sigma and its Japanese collaborators — one of the foundations supporting Sigma’s continuous growth and capability enhancement.

The evening continued under the theme “BUILT BY SIGMA – SIGMA 20.” Twenty years of development cannot be measured solely by project numbers, revenue, or organizational scale, but by the maturity in governance, workforce quality, and the strategic discipline demonstrated at every stage. If the early years were about proving capability, the present marks a shift toward sustainable and specialized growth.

The highlight video “BUILT BY SIGMA – SIGMA 20” brought the audience through authentic moments of 2025 — a pivotal year of acceleration. The emotional peak followed with an interactive performance integrated with laser mapping technology, recreating Sigma’s signature projects of the year while the “Sigma Song” echoed proudly throughout the hall — reaffirming that the 20-year journey is the foundation for a new growth cycle ahead.

In a heartfelt and reflective moment, Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc, General Director of Sigma Engineering JSC, delivered the 2025 year-end address and shared the strategic direction for 2026. He began by expressing his sentiments as spring approached, emphasizing the significance of the year-end gathering — a rare occasion for Sigma people to pause, reunite, and reflect on the path traveled.

Looking back at 2025, he described it as a dynamic year marked by the strong recovery of the real estate market, enabling Sigma to exceed its contracted sales targets. However, growth also brought challenges: price competition, cost fluctuations, and labor shortages. In response, Sigma remained steadfast in its principle of undertaking only projects aligned with its capabilities, even declining opportunities when resources were insufficient — a clear testament to Sigma’s maturity after 20 years: pursuing sustainable growth, not growth at any cost.

Beyond business performance, 2025 was also marked by meaningful community and internal engagement activities, including the Red Sunday blood donation program and traditional football tournaments. Notably, the revival of the renewable energy segment and the successful signing of the EPC contract for Soc Trang 7 Wind Power Plant – Phase 2 (90 MW) in the final months of the year represented not only a new project, but a strategic expansion into a promising development direction for Sigma’s next phase.

Concluding his speech, Mr. Ngoc emphasized the importance of understanding core competencies, upholding fundamental values, working with professionalism, and maintaining a culture of humility. With strong belief, determination, and unity, he affirmed that the Spring of 2026 would mark not just a new year, but the beginning of a higher-level development stage for Sigma.
