SIGMA ENGINEERING fully complies with HSE policies. Occupational safety, a humanistic and ethical principle, is the key point in all activities. We consider people as the most important capital, an invaluable asset. This principle is strictly followed at all levels of the company from Board of Directors to employees. Therefore, all activities are sorted to strictly comply with the principle to ensure the safety of employees and related parties.
We attach most importance to build a safe workplace, especially to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases culture. Sigma has proactively built the dialogue channel between the OSH management and employees. Then, we could find out the difficulties in occupational safety activities and support employees to solve the problem. Sigma considers the participation of employees as a key factor to ensure OSH.
