Updated progress at MB Grand Tower project in the 24th week

Located at 63 Le Van Luong, built on a total land area of ​​4,950 m2, the MB Grand Tower project will meet the working space requirements for more than 2,000 staff of MB Bank, bringing a new breath of a modern office building, professionalism, utility, difference, become an artisan gateway to the West of Hanoi, the interference between the sophistication of Japanese architecture and the cultural characteristics of Vietnam.

Well invested from the planning and selecting contractors to participate in the project, the investor - MB Land JSC wisely called the name of the consultant - Nihon Sekkei, Construction Contractor - Coninco and The Main M&E Contractor - Sigma to implement the project. With more than 13 years of experience, Sigma is confident that M&E works will meet the expectation of the owner. With a staff of nearly 40 employees and 14 engineers on site, MB Grand Tower is dedicated to achieving the committed progress.

Last week, from 07/06 - 14/06/2018 the project was implementing the main works as follows:

• Installation of conduit, cable tray ladder, drainage pipe, fire alarm system from basement 3 ~ mezzanine
• Wiring work, FA, PA, CCTV, BMS from basement 3 ~ mezzanine
• Installation of Busway
• Installation of conduit, conduit, cable tray, drainage pipe, fire protection pipe, duct and insulation from the 1^st to the 25^th floor.
• Installation of copper pipes and insulation from the 1^st to the 25^th floor
• Wiring work, FA, PA, CCTV, BMS, LAN, TEL from the 1^st to the 25^th floor
