At the end of February 2021, Sigma excellently surpassed many famous contractors to continue to be named as the Main M&E Contractor of the 16 Lang Ha office, apartment and villa complex project. Our works include, but are not limited to work such as: Documenting shop drawings, supply and construction of M&E systems for offices and banks.

16 Lang Ha project owns a smart design, with multi-style apartments, suitable for the aesthetic needs of each customer. Professional designers have created fresh living spaces. The project has a scale of 4 22-storey towers, with a total planning area of 15,801 m2, invested by BRG Group.

Up to now, according to the progress, the works under construction at the project include:

Water supply and drainage system:
- Construction of technical shaft for drainage
Electrical system:
- Construction of the cable tray system on the 11th floor of the office block
- Get marks on the 12th and 13th floors
