Following the success in the installation and construction of M&E services, Sigma has continued its story with the Hoang Thanh Pearl project. With the criterion of bringing modern life, and exquisite architecture from the experience of projects that have been implemented, Hoang Thanh Pearl apartment building is an adjacent apartment complex, a shop house branded Hoang Thanh.

Hoang Thanh Pearl was built on an area of 14,786 m2, including 1 tower of 30 floors and 3 basements, of which 2 floors are commercial and service, with only 12 apartments/floor, creating a harmonious design, and vision. Modern, bringing a cool feeling to each apartment. The apartments are arranged scientifically, each apartment has at least 2 lots, and the rooms are exposed to natural light, with no dark corners, creating an airy space for users.
