Mikazuki Spa & Hotel Resort - a million-dollar project invested by Japanese corporation
Mikazuki Hotel Group is a famous hotel brand in Japan. Currently, the Group has 4 big hotels in Japan, the Group's total hotel system is over 1,000 operating rooms, annual revenue is about 20 billion yen.

Mikazuki Spa & Hotel Resort is the “brainchild” of Mikazuki Group, located at Xuan Thieu Tourist Area, Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Da Nang City. The project has a total investment of over 100 million USD, built on a total area of 62,366 m2, including 24 floors. At the ceremony, the president of Mikazuki Corporation, Mr. Yoshimune Odaka committed to the Danang’s Board of Management to create a 5-star resort-entertainment area in this area.

Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony is the signing contract ceremony between the investor and the EPC general contractor: Vinaconex, Sigma, Raymond. In addition to the top contractors participating in the project, Sigma is committed to doing its best as a Main M&E Contractor, always putting the factor: "Safety - Quality - Progress" to the top to deserve with confidence from the Owner. For Mikazuki, Sigma's M&E work will include but not limited to the hotel area, Higaeri play area, lazy river area, water park, ... expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2021.
