Project detail

To be known as one of the leading M&E contractors in Vietnam and the region, the passion and enthusiasm of the Sigma spirit has been spread and fostered for each project in many provinces and cities across the country. Recently, Sigma has continued the success story with the project of FPT Commercial Center, Service and Office Complex, Cau Giay New Urban Area, Dich Vong Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.

About the project

Located in a prime location in the area of Cau Giay District, adjacent to the first concentrated Information Technology (IT) area of Hanoi, FPT Tower's design is inspired by the logos of FPT. FPT Tower consists of 2 buildings with 21 and 17 storeys, and 8 floors of modern data center offices. With a total scale of up to 100,000 m2, when put into operation, FPT Tower will provide workplaces for about 9,000 IT human resources.

Overall perspective of FPT Tower project

In recent years, FPT's personnel scale has been on the rise, with nearly 16% per year. It is expected that in the period of 2018-2020, FPT will maintain the growth rate to about 18% and reach the scale of more than 50,000 people by 2020. With the goal of creating a relaxing space for employees, besides using equipment through an environmentally friendly design, FPT Tower also has a garden system, landscaping with many trees and lawns, and connecting with Cau Giay park, contributing to the necessary green space for the urban area.

It can be said that FPT Tower will become one of the university complexes and software parks following the campus model of major technology corporations in the world.

With the FPT Tower project, Sigma expects to complete the M&E work, including supplying and installing the electricity, water, turbocharger, ventilation systems and handing by the end of the second quarter of 2020.
