Da Nang is known by the "love" in every moment. The wind comes early in the day. The wind is looking for the beautiful flowers. The wind is blowing in the sand of My Khe, making fun with the wave of Xuan Thieu, Non Nuoc and enjoying with Ba Na, God Mountain ... Da Nang is now welcoming the first green space architecture in the city, called Chic-land.

Perhaps not many people know the story behind the name of the leading brand in the fashion industry, has now stumbled into the real estate market. The term "Chic" appears centuries ago, symbolizing the elegant, seductive style.

With special features in the execution of the “green” space, on 26/06/2018, the investor - Chic-land JSC has given full trust to Sigma Engineering JSC to become the Main M&E Contractor of the project. With the Chic-land hotel, Sigma will provide materials, equipment and execute M&E works of the project.

By deploying more than 100 large and small projects throughout the country, Sigma understands the difficulties of implementing a truly "green" space, because of the need to balance between design and materials, Chic-land Da Nang has set a very high aesthetic requirement, Sigma has given the best technical solutions for investors to bring a perfect project, in the spirit that architect Vo Trong Nghia has been sent.
