Along with a series of great projects being implemented from North to South, Sigma has "activated" business activities in the first quarter of 2021 with many prospects. Although the real estate market is moderately quiet, with its prestige and brand name affirmed in the market, Sigma continues to receive the investor's trust with classy projects from leading names in the domestic and international real estate market.

On the afternoon of March 9, 2021, Sigma – the Main M&E Contractor and the Investor held a kick-off meeting of Chadwick International School project to implement work and necessary procedures. The representatives of the Board of Directors of the Company, the project managers and the engineers were fully present to attend the meeting with enthusiasm and excitement.

Also, at Ecopark, the successful implementation of the British University Vietnam project has significantly contributed to the success and brand of Sigma. The M&E systems of Chadwick project will be installed within 12 months, promising to bring Ecopark residents in particular and Hanoi residents in general an international standard school with the most advanced education and training program in the world.

It is known that Chadwick is a famous school system based in the US. During 85 years of establishment and development, this is the second campus of Chadwick overseas, after the successes at Chadwick Korean campus.

According to the agreement, Chadwick International School, Ecopark Campus will be built on an area of nearly 50,000 square meters, adjacent to the Ecopark Grand Villa - The Island, with the expectation of becoming the leading high-class international school in Vietnam.

The school plans to start enrolling in 2022, serving the academic needs of up to 2,000 students.
