Updated the progress at Doji project in the 45th week

Considered as the rare "golden land" remaining, the project is located at 5 Le Duan is known for its prime location in the heart of Hanoi. The golden land planned for the commercial center and service building now has a clear, synchronous form of facilities and technical infrastructure with the surrounding landscape.

Doji Commercial Center and Service Building is designed to fully exploit the advantaged of the location to build the greatest jewelry center in the country. In addition, Doji also creates favorable working environment for domestic and foreign enterprises to set up their offices here. Being invested by Doji Gold & Gems Group JSC, “Doji jewelry” is not only distinguished by its unique design, but also by the perfect M&E system that is created by talented hands of the Sigma workers. The most important elements in the project such as Safety, Quality and Progress are always on top of Sigma.

Last week, the main works were being implemented in the project such as:

Commercial center
- Executed Chiller system, insulation of Chiller system
- Completion of civil works
Head office of Doji:
- Completion of civil works (duct, conduit, cable tray…)
Level 10~15:
- Completion of civil works
Technical area and engine room:
- Completion of Busway system, Chiller system, duct, plumbing system, firefighting system
- Completion of in-house system
- Execution of MSB system, fire pump room, water supply pump
- Handing over Chiller room
