Updated progress at New Horizon City

After the resounding success of many projects such as Hoang Thanh Tower, Lancaster Hanoi, Splendora City… the project’s steering committee of New Horizon City- Sigma Engineering JSC is expected to be completed the construction of M&E services to handover to the client in January 2017. Currently, many categories of M&E systems at the project has been completed 100%.
Sigma is still determined focus on mobilizing human resources and accelerate the construction of the remaining items. In the second half of December 2016, the project is focusing on the following tasks:
- Installing electrical system: installation of lighting systems at Tunnel 1,2; pulling axial cable at Tower N01, N02; installation of electrical cable tray at N02, N03 N02, N03, drag fire alarm cables, speaker cables and corridor lighting cables at Tower N03, HH01; cut chisels and install conduit pipe in sound wall at Tower HH01.
- Installing plumbing system: installation of drainage pipes, ventilation, check the drainage tube leakage; waterproofing drainage tube for apartments, installation of water supply pipes in the ceiling apartments; cut chisels and insert water supply; installation of pumping equipment in van, water meter at N01, N02, N03, HH01.
- Installing fire system: installation of fire mains, fire pipeline pressure testing; installation of fire valves, installation of equipment and cabinets fire nozzles.
- Construction of the ventilation system: production of construction and installation of the wind pipe, installation of air valves, vent holes and ventilators.

Despite the cold weather overflowing intermittently, working atmosphere on the construction site is filled with enthusiasm and excitement as the vitality of spring. With wide project areas, safety supervision section of the project is regularly patrolling, checking the site daily while waring of the rick of insecurity to overcome early handling.
