The M&E works of Mikazuki Da Nang project on the first days of August

Based on the laws of Heaven and Earth, our August days are coming back... The month of rains, of the last days of summer with sudden sunshine and rain, of fluctuations and overflowing love.

August in Da Nang brings many emotions. August, the first month of autumn and also the month of change of seasons. Season with gentle rays of sunlight, weaving through white clouds gently drifting in the wind. A bit of summer sun sent back in autumn, now it has stopped burning. The season with a slight chill of winter is coming, with the colors of the falling yellow leaves and the scents from the country of the Rising Sun gradually perfecting the final drawings, by the talented hands of Sigma workers, through the Mikazuki Danang project.

Officially launched at the beginning of 2019, the Mikazuki Danang super project brings with it the culture and quintessence of East Asia where the natural beauty and Japanese spirit is spread in Vietnam. Located in Xuan Thieu tourist area with an area of over 13 hectares, Mikazuki is inspired by the intersection of heaven, earth, the beautiful blue coast and where the rhythm of life begins. Coming to Mikazuki, visitors not only enjoy the outstanding facilities that the resort brings, but also experience the perfect M&E service system built by Sigma General Contractor, through such items as: Hotel area, Higaeri amusement park, lazy river area, water park….

Up to now, the project has completed the inspection and acceptance of fire prevention and fighting and is being put into use. The remaining M&E items are being implemented such as:

Public block on floors 1,2,3,4,5:
- Deployment and installation of equipment on ceilings and walls
- Construction of kitchen water supply valve
Typical block from 6th to 18th floor
- T&C of water supply, drainage, electricity, ventilation systems
Typical block of floors 19, 20, 21
- Installation of M&E equipment on ceilings and walls
Roof block
- Construction of rainwater drainage on the roof
- Installing sanitary equipment in public areas
- Installing M&E equipment in landscape, swimming pool and indoor areas
