The program was attended by representatives of CapitaLand Development Vietnam, including Mr. Alwin Low – Regional General Director for Northern Vietnam, along with stakeholders involved in the project. Representing Sigma Engineering were Mr. Hoang Anh Dung – Senior Project Manager, Mr. Bui Duc Tuan – Project Manager cum Site Manager, together with the team of engineers and workers directly engaged on site. The full presence from leadership to frontline workforce not only reflected representation, but also demonstrated Sigma’s consistent and unified commitment to safety across the entire project.
Behind that visible presence stands a force rarely in the spotlight, yet present at every critical point where risk may arise: the HSE team. They may not stand at the forefront of formal speeches, but they are the true frontline in managing and controlling daily risks. From hazard identification and preventive planning to safety training and close supervision of each work package during peak pressure periods, their work is a continuous chain of decisions requiring discipline, vigilance, and an unwavering sense of responsibility.

Sigma Engineering attends “CapitaLand Development Safety Day” at The Senique Hanoi Project
If progress is something visible and quality is something measurable, then safety is often recognized most clearly… when no incident occurs. It is within that “quiet margin” that the role of the HSE team becomes most evident. They do not create visible highlights, but they silently eliminate risks that must never be allowed to happen. Safety Day, therefore, is not only about communication—it is also a moment of recognition for these “unsung heroes in red,” who persistently safeguard safety standards across the project.
The event aimed to honor core values of safety, health, and environment, while reaffirming the collective commitment to building a safe, professional, and sustainable working environment. As the construction industry faces increasingly stringent technical and risk management requirements, occupational safety is no longer a supplementary factor—it has become an integral component of operational capability.
As an MEP contractor, Sigma Engineering consistently defines safety as the foundation throughout the entire execution process. From establishing risk control systems and conducting regular training for engineers and workers, to on-site supervision, all efforts are directed toward one ultimate goal: ensuring a safe, stable, and sustainable working environment.
Activities such as exchanges, sharing sessions, and gift presentations during the program not only provided encouragement but also helped reinforce a strong culture of responsibility for safety—where every individual plays a vital role within the overall operational chain.
Participation in the “CapitaLand Development Safety Day” not only demonstrates Sigma’s role at The Senique Hanoi project, but also reflects the company’s long-term direction: growing on a foundation of safety, partnering with stakeholders, and pursuing sustainable value in every project delivered.
