Sigma Spring Cup 2016 is an important event which is held annually in spring. This tournament continues to affirm the growth of the sport movement in the company and has become a very rewarding meaningful activity, a major sport event of each member of Sigma. As the General Director - Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc said at the opening ceremony, Sigma Spring Cup 2016 is the dramatic confrontation between the two arrays of the company - mechanical and electrical that sticking inseparable.

This season has significantly innovation with the participation of 8 teams which have increasingly high quality of players. Sigma football always accelerate the movement as planned to meet FIFA standards as soon as possible. Each year Sigma Engineering JSC carries on the strong innovation and professional to maintain and train. One of the distinct changes in this year's organizing committee is the decision to establish 2 new teams – M3 and E4.

The opening match on the field No. 1 represents the full power of 2 historical football teams called E1 and M1. This is the match that the organizing committee evaluated the highest quality in this round. Crowd of fans are so voyeuristic by the turn of ball up and down repeatedly, and the braking phase split evenly of 2 teams. The match ended with the score 3-3.

The second match takes place at the same time is the pair duel between E2 and Safety with the difference in ages. The rivalry of the two teams have the biggest overhaul of financial and human resources in this tournament is indeed a challenge. There are advantages in terms of experiences and accomplishments, team E2 were dominating the entire match when playing against a young and new rival. The match ended with the score 4-0, team E2 had 3 points and topped the chart.

Witness the clash between the two rookies, team E4 and team M3 gave the audiences plenty of surprises. Although this two teams were recently joined but team E4 and team M3 are still heavyweight opponents of the other teams with the recent performances on the field. Due to the slower adaptation to artificial turf and a little less fortunate so that team M3 has fallen with the core 1-2. Just only 2 more draws to E4 surely holds a ticket to the semifinals and makes history with the first tournament accomplishment.

Being one of the most teams possesses many stars of Sigma and is a potential seed of the tournament, team E3 clashed with team M2. This match had a high professional level as rated by the organizing committee. Team M2 has the core members of plumbing team. After the renovation and transfer, some important players have gone in turn leaving a fairly modest M2 in terms of factor. The actual result showed that football is a tough sport. Team M2 has struck down team E3 with the score 2-1. This is truly a joy that difficult to describe in words. Mr. Tran Dinh Thuong – the impresario of M2 has held a party to celebrate this victory.

The opening matches of Sigma Spring Cup 2016 have ended in surprises, suspense and tension. We are convinced that the ongoing development of the tournament will promote the growing mass sports movement, exercise movement to meet the demand and expectation of sports training of officers, engineers and create an atmosphere of lively competition, the spirit of exchange of learning, mutual understanding between officers and engineers in the company.
