Officially kick off the Sigma Spring Cup 2021 season

After nearly a year interrupted due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the spring soccer tournament has returned and officially opened on Sunday, March 21, 2021, divided into 2 groups including groups A: E1, E2, E3, Maintenance Club and Group B: M1, M2, M3 and Safety Club.
A week before the start of game, 8 teams held a challenge, with the focus on the two most indebted and paper-consuming teams of Sigma football village: E1 and Safety.
The two teams came out on the pitch with high determination, wanting to show the colors of their club's shirts. The match was struggled and excited from the first minutes. The E1 players still implement the familiar coordination style and push the opponent to the home field. When the E1 players were still looking for a goal to open the scoring, it was very surprising, in a situation where the E1 defender was not focused, the player Pham Thanh Hai quickly kicked to open the score to make the Safety team a surprising 1-0 lead. After the goal was lost, the E1 player rushed to attack to find the equalizer, but “the god of luck” did not smile at them when the ball was continuously blocked by the goalkeeper and hit the crossbar. The first half ended with a score of 1-0 in favor of Safety.
At the start of the second half, while busy finding an equalizer, E1 received 2 more “cold water”, 2 mistakes from the defenders that caused E1 to lose people and receive 1 more goal from Safety. Minutes later, although they had put nothing to lose, the E1 players were unable to find the opponent's net once, accepting the final defeat with the score 0-2.
The first game of the warm-up round showed many weaknesses of E1. They need to change a lot if they want to play the final this May.
After the first series of matches, the second series taking place on 2 fields. On field 1 was the match between M1 and E2. The match was very even and played out on field 1. The two teams had a tit-for-tat and created clear opportunities. The E2 players took advantage of them better and had an opening goal early, but very quickly, after a beautiful strike of the M1 player, the score was equalized 1-1. The M1 players continued to get excited and had a second goal right after that, the first half ended with a score of 2-1 in favor of M1.
At the start of the second half, the E2 players put up the team to look for an equalizer, but was hit by the injury code of the M1 players, player Tuan Anh ended the E2 players’ hopes of scoring with a goal to make it 3-1 in the 50th minute. The match ended with a win for the M1 players.
Besides, the match between the other two pairs, E3- Maintenance and M2-M3, ended with 0-0 and 3-5 respectively.

A draw for the opening match of SSC 2021
To prepare for the official opening day, the preparation of the Organizing Committee and Sigma Secretariat is being completed urgently. The transfer market is still hot with expensive contracts, divided equally for each team. Force and tactics are still kept private, promising to bring a new season super attractive and dramatic.
