QS Engineer

Reports to: Site Manager/ Project Manager and Budget & Contract Management Manager

DUTIES:

Make the acceptance, payment dossiers with the customers
Understand the terms and regulations of payment with the contract of the project
Make minutes of acceptance and accompanying documents in each stage: Arrival goods, equipment installation, test, completion and settlement.
Compile profiles, quantity take-off in phase of the project.
Combine with engineers to protect quantity with the Consultant and Investment Owner
Synthesize completion, payment and settlement documents.
Check documents, monitor payment of subcontractors, construction teams:
Check the payment records of the subcontractors, the construction teams in accordance with the company regulations.
Check the payment quantity and unit price paid by the subcontractor, the construction team according to the quantity and unit price which are approved of project’s budget.
Summarize to monitor quantity payment of the Subcontractors, the construction team, compare the payment quantity of the project with the customer.
Monitor the work arising in the project

REQUIREMENTS:

From 24 to 35 years old
Understand the management regulations, the State regulations of the acceptance, payment records
Proficiency in Word, Excel
Have experience in make the acceptance, payment records
The spirit of cooperation, careful, honest, persevering
Ability to work independently and under high pressure, willing to travel on a mission if necessary.
Proficiency in English is priority.
