DUTIES:
- Guide and train employees at the construction site to comply with occupational safety, hygiene, and fire prevention regulations.
- Supervise the implementation of and adherence to safety, hygiene, and fire prevention regulations at the construction site.
- Develop and execute plans for monitoring and inspecting machinery, equipment, and construction tools to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Organize periodic health check-ups, monitor workers’ health conditions, and provide first aid for workplace accidents.
- Investigate, document, and report workplace incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective measures.
- Manage the distribution, usage, and maintenance of the company's personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety gear.
- Stay updated on legal regulations related to occupational safety and hygiene and ensure company compliance.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on safety and hygiene compliance to the project owner and the company's Safety Department Head.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to maintain a safe working environment.
- Advise the Safety Department and company leadership on improvements to workplace safety and hygiene policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.

REQUIREMENTS:
From 22 to 30 years old
Graduated from university with a major in Occupational Safety and Health.
Understanding of laws and regulations related to occupational safety in the construction field.
Good communication and presentation skills; high sense of responsibility.
Ability to organize, carry out tasks independently, and manage work effectively.
Willing to work at remote project sites.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ...
