When Sigma installs and constructs the mechanical and electrical system (MEP) at the factory, it is necessary to pay attention to the following points to ensure safety, efficiency and quality of the project:

1. Compliance with standards and regulations

  • Technical standards: Apply national and international standards such as QHSE - ISO 9001: 2015, 14001: 2015 & 45001: 2018, ensuring that the mechanical and electrical system meets technical and safety requirements.
  • Fire prevention and fighting: Design and construct a FF systems suitable for the scale and production characteristics of the factory, complying with current regulations on FF systems.

2. Detailed planning

  • Survey and design: Carefully study the manufacturing industry, capacity and requirements of the investor to come up with suitable design solutions.
  • Construction progress: Make a detailed construction plan, divide the stages reasonably, synchronize with other construction items to avoid overlapping and ensure progress.

3. Material and equipment management

  • Material selection: Use high-quality materials and equipment, suitable for the technical requirements and working environment of the factory.
  • Storage and transportation: Ensure that materials are properly stored, avoiding damage during transportation and storage.

4. Construction of electromechanical systems

a. Electrical system

  • Electric cables and wires: Select the type of cable and wire suitable for the capacity used, ensuring safety and efficiency of power transmission.
  • Electrical cabinets and transformer stations: Arrange the main electrical cabinets, distribution cabinets and transformer stations scientifically, ensuring safety and convenience for operation.

b. Air conditioning and ventilation system (HVAC)

  • HVAC system design: Ensure the air conditioning and ventilation system is suitable for the production characteristics, maintain stable temperature and humidity, creating a comfortable working environment for workers.
  • Equipment installation: Accurately locate the machine location, ensure the support structure can withstand the equipment load and check the tightness of the air duct and condensate drainage system.

c. Water supply and drainage system

  • Pipeline design: Install water supply and drainage pipes reasonably, ensuring no leakage and convenient for inspection and maintenance.
  • Wastewater treatment: Design a wastewater treatment system suitable for the production characteristics, ensuring compliance with environmental protection regulations.

5. Labor safety

  • Protective equipment: Provide full protective equipment for workers such as hats, gloves, and protective shoes.
  • Safety training: Organize training on labor safety, especially electrical safety and fire prevention, to improve workers' awareness and skills.

6. Inspection, acceptance and trial operation

  • Quality inspection: Conduct inspection of each item after completion, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • Trial operation: Test the entire system, detect and promptly fix problems before putting into official operation.

7. Maintenance and user manual

  • Instruction manual: Provide operation and maintenance manuals to investors, ensuring the system operates stably and durably.
  • Maintenance planning: Develop a periodic maintenance plan, detect and fix potential problems early, prolonging the life of the system.
