Sigma calls for the "Red Sunday" blood donation program 2018

Donating blood now is not an unusual act for every Vietnamese. Every year, humanitarian organizations have launched voluntary blood donation campaigns, calling for people to participate in blood donation in large numbers and across the country. Humanitarian blood donation has become the precious traditional beauty of the nation, expressing the great humanitarian spirit, human love, generosity, sharing the difficulties between people in life. The philosophy of compassion is also spread to Sigma Engineering JSC. With the approval of the company's Board of Directors, Sigma in collaboration with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion (NIHBT) will host the "Red Sunday" blood donation program on January 28.

It can be said that blood is considered as an integral part of the body, which functions to provide nutrients and organizational structure as well as eliminates wastes in the metabolism of the body. That is a priceless gift to help people sustain life. "A drop of blood, a life to live" - ​​The human spirit is always expressed in the voluntary blood donation campaign and contribute to saving lives, bring happiness to hundreds, thousands of families.

The program is organized with the message "A thousand hearts to one heart" which is especially important for the Sigma family, as this is the occasion for each member to affirm their responsibility to the social and community. The charitable merit of voluntary blood donors will now be demonstrated by the action, responsibility and sacred duty of every Sigma people.

Nothing is more wonderful when we, every Sigma know that a certain amount of our blood has contributed to saving a life. Not only that, after participating in blood donation, each member will be honored his contribution to society through a voluntary blood donation certificate, valid for the whole life. That not only brings pride to themselves, but also brings pride to the Sigma family. Donating blood, meaning simple as simple, but not everyone can do without understanding and sharing.

At present, the amount of blood stored at the Institute is scarce alarming, about to be exhausted and cause severe difficulties in the treatment, when many patients are in anxiety waiting for blood. The union of Sigma JSC and the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion call on the entire staff to participate in "Red Sunday" in 2018. The head of "Red Sunday" is also the captain of "Sigma boat" - General Director cum Chairman of the BODs, Mr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc.
