At N03 Horizon Tower project, Sigma held commended safety events monthly from 5^th to 9^th to honor typical individuals who have outstanding performance in implementing OHS program, they are good models for others about how to complete assigned work in the best way.

Site manager and HSE officer awarded for excellent workers

Safety Event at September, 2016 honored 03 individuals: Mr. Duong Anh Tai – Firefighting system team, Mr. Duong Quoc Vuong – T4 building Electric system, Mr. Vu Van Sang - T4 building Water supply and drainage team for excellent implementation of not only HSE activities at N03 Horizon Tower project but also company rules such as: using full protective clothing, using scaffolding with railing, wearing seatbelt & hooks when working at height and some dangerous places easy to fall, use goggles when drilling, grinding, cutting ... besides they are always working with responsible attitude, always ready to greet, assist and cooperate with other teams!

" In my opinion, safety reward is needed at each project in terms of encouraging employees. This is a low cost method but extremely effective in attracting human resources.
